- This SOW outlines the requirements and deliverables for the implementation of an Enterprise Legal Management System (ELMS) for DCT. The objective of this project is to enhance the efficiency, streamline and optimize the operations of the Legal Affairs department, which will in turn enhance the department-s ability to further support DCT-s strategic goals by assisting the department to manage and reduce legal risk and costs and allow it to make data -driven decisions. The project includes purchasing a comprehensive software platform to (1) assist the department with the management of contracts, legal matters and IP, reporting and legal spend, and (2) providing it with a secure, searchable repository for procurement and non-procurement contracts and legal documents.
