- Dear specialized companies The Ministry of Education is pleased to invite you to participate in a tender and the subject of which is to request technical and financial offers from companies regarding Design UNESCO platform in Sharjah Book Fair and the Abu Dhabi Book Fair as required by the RFP. Attached is the RFP and supporting documents. Please note that this tender will be closed on Tuesday 29/03/2023 at 3:00 PM. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. Separate and certified financial offer with stamp and signature 3. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment 4. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation, certified by a notary public. 5. A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company, certified by a notary public. 6. ICV Certificate 7. SME Certificate (if available) 7. Documents confirming the percentage of Emiratization in the company, at a rate of not less than 2%.
